Analyst Raves About Eagles’ Trade For CB

They acquired cornerback Michael Carter II from the New York Jets in exchange for wide receiver John Metchie III. The trade addresses a defensive secondary that has struggled to find consistency at multiple positions this season. Analyst Greg Cosell recently discussed the trade and its implications during an appearance on the Ross Tucker Podcast. “They’re getting an elite slot corner, particularly in zone coverage.
