Former NBA Player Says Nuggets Star Is ‘Underrated’

Image
(Photo by Justin Tafoya/Getty Images)   The Denver Nuggets are once again the best team in the Western Conference and may be on a path to their second championship win. When most people talk about the team, they usually speak about Nikola Jokic and his astounding skills. However, there is another star who is doing great things for the Nuggets who deserves accolades too: Jamal Murray. Speaking on “Run It Back,” Lou Williams said that Murray is supremely underrated. “When we start talking about guys being overlooked, Jamal Murray’s picture should be in the dictionary,” Williams said. Yet, he...

DeSean Jackson Reveals Which Team Odell Beckham Jr. Should Sign With

Image
(Photo by Todd Olszewski/Getty Images)   The Kansas City Chiefs are in desperate need of help at wide receiver. They couldn’t land Calvin Ridley, and their chances of trading for Tee Higgins are pretty slim, assuming the Cincinnati Bengals even agree to trade him. With not many options on the market, Odell Beckham Jr. seems like a logical choice. Even former NFL WR DeSean Jackson believes they’re a match made in heaven. Talking to Kay Adams on her “Up & Adams” show, Jackson stated that, knowing Beckham, he knows he’s going to want to compete at the highest level and win the whole thing again, so the Chiefs should be his preferred destination. Where should Odell go this offseason? "Knowing OBJ… my choice would be the Kansas City Chiefs.." @DeSeanJackson10 @heykayadams #ChiefsKingdom pic.twitter.com/g3ldKfb7f9 — Up & Adams (@UpAndAdamsShow) March 14, 2024 He also stated that Beckham is still a superstar in this game. Needless to say, his talents have...

(Photo by Sarah Stier/Getty Images)   The New York Knicks have been one of the most exciting teams in the Eastern Conference this season. They are currently the fourth seed in their conference and have a chance of going far in the playoffs if they continue to perform well. Their last three games have been a mixed bag but the Knicks just earned a notable achievement. According to Basketball Reference, the Knicks are the first team since 2012 to go three straight games without allowing 80+ points. Ravens Are Sending Veteran Tackle To The Jets

Image
(Photo by Jamie Squire/Getty Images)   After losing Aaron Rodgers to a torn Achilles just four plays into the 2023 season, improving the offensive line was obviously going to be a huge priority for the New York Jets this offseason. With both last season’s tackles Mekhi Becton and Duane Brown hitting free agency, the need for reinforcements only became greater. ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that help is on the way, as the Jets have agreed to a trade with the Baltimore Ravens to bring back former Jet Morgan Moses to hold down the right tackle spot. Trade/Reunion: Ravens are sending starting right tackle Morgan Moses to the New York Jets as part of a pick swap, per sources. Trade: Jets receive: Moses and a 4th-round pick (No. 134 overall). Robert Griffin III Says NFL GM Is ‘Cooking’

Image
(Photo by Arturo Holmes/Getty Images)   NFL free agency is in full effect and there are so many names on the move it’s hard to keep track. Former NFL QB Robert Griffin III showed some love to one GM who has been particularly active thus far. RGIII said he loves how Adam Peters is “cooking” for the Washington Commanders so far. Absolutely LOVE how Adam Peters is cooking for the @Commanders this offseason. Improved O-Line play was ESSENTIAL, so he signed Pro Bowl Center Tyler Biadasz and a tough son of a biscuit eating bulldog in Guatd Nick Allegretti. Then added TD maker Austin Ekeler. The build is on. pic.twitter.com/ddi4vaQFuV — Robert Griffin III (@RGIII) March 12, 2024 Sam Howell got sacked a horrifying 65 times last season, which was the most in the league. Offensive line was a clear need for this team, and Peters has quickly brought in strong reinforcements in Pro Bowl center Tyler Biadasz for three years and $30 million, as well as 3-time Super Bowl champion gu...

Former Player Notes Ultimate Key For Bucks’ Success

Image
(Photo by Tim Nwachukwu/Getty Images)   The Milwaukee Bucks have won seven of their last nine games, including an impressive victory over the short-handed Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday afternoon. During that game, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard played masterfully together, with Antetokounmpo scoring 34 points, 7 rebounds, and 10 assists, while Lillard posted 35 points, 7 rebounds, and 11 assists. Talking to “Ball Don’t Stop,” Stephon Marbury spoke about this team’s recipe for success. Unsurprisingly, it involves Antetokounmpo and Lillard working closely together. Stephon Marbury says the Bucks need to continue to keep the ball in Dame's hands and run the pick and roll with him and Giannis every time down the floor. pic.twitter.com/KXEZdtdP0I — Ball Don't Stop (@balldontstop) March 11, 2024 He said that these two players should continue working on their pick-and-roll together. Lillard should be the dominant ball-handler and Antetokounmpo should position...

Rick Carlisle Sends Strong Message About Tyrese Haliburton’s Growth

Image
(Photo by Justin Casterline/Getty Images)   The 2023-24 season has been a huge one for Tyrese Haliburton of the Indiana Pacers. Haliburton has averaged 20.8 points, 3.9 rebounds, and a league-high 11.3 assists during the season and has helped keep the Pacers more competitive than they have been in years. In a recent tweet from the team, Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle spoke about what Haliburton means to the team. “Getting to this threshold of status means that you simply cannot exhale at all,” Carlisle said. “Everyone in this organization is so proud of him. The city is so proud of him. He’s an enormous part of what we’re doing,” he added. “No matter what you throw at him, he’s going to be better at tackling it in the fourth quarter than he is in the first.” Tyrese Haliburton’s game continues to evolve pic.twitter.com/rSDkmdmXn8 — Indiana Pacers (@Pacers) March 11, 2024 This is Haliburton’s second full season with the Pacers.
