Following a modest start to the season, Dak has taken a major leap forward, playing like a top-five QB in today’s game. Nonetheless, Jalen Hurts continues to lead the way as the main MVP candidate, according to most oddsmakers. That’s why NFL analyst Seth Walder wanted to bring up the fact that Prescott has actually fared much better than Hurts this season, which is why he cannot understand why he’s not ahead of him in this race. They needed relievers, but mostly, they could have used one or two top starters and brought in none. That became an even bigger concern when they traded for Kyrie Irving last season, as they would have one of the most porous backcourts in recent NBA history.
