Jordan Love Given Notable Grade For Week 12 Performance

Image
(Photo by Christian Petersen/Getty Images)   The Green Bay Packers didn’t need Jordan Love to do much to secure their seventh win of the season. Even so, their quarterback responded when he needed to step up. That’s why Brent Sobleski gave him a modest grade for his Week 12 performance. In his latest column, he graded Love with a ‘C’ after the 23-6 win: “Jordan Love wasn’t slinging the ball everywhere against the Vikings. He didn’t need to do so. The Green Bay Packers used the tried-and-true method of running the ball, even without Josh Jacobs in the lineup due to injury, and playing good defense to garner a decisive victory. Emanuel Wilson carried the ball 28 times for 107 yards and two touchdowns. With this approach, all a team asks of its quarterback is to not make mistakes. Love didn’t. He did enough to keep his team on track and let everyone else go to work,” Sobleski wrote . Love completed just 14 of 21 passes for 139 yards, no touchdowns, and no interceptions. He ...

Standout Patriots Rookie Is Dealing With A Serious Injury

Image
(Photo by Maddie Meyer/Getty Images)   The New England Patriots suffered a significant blow on Sunday when first-round pick Will Campbell sustained a knee injury during their victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. Campbell was carted off the field and did not return to the game, forcing the Patriots to adjust their offensive line depth. The injury raised immediate concerns about the team’s protection scheme moving forward. Early evaluations from Monday provided some measure of relief. According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the injury may not sideline Campbell for an extended period, though the Patriots are preparing for his absence in the short term. “Patriots LT Will Campbell is believed to have suffered an MCL sprain and will have an MRI on his knee, sources said. He’s a candidate for Injured Reserve, with the hope he returns when it counts the most,” Rapoport posted on X. Report: Giants Could Make Unique Move For Head Coach

Image
(Photo by Sarah Stier/Getty Images)   After four seasons of inconsistent performance under Brian Daboll, the New York Giants face an offseason rebuild that will likely include a new head coach. Mike Kafka is managing the team as interim while the organization prepares for a comprehensive search once the season concludes. According to Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio, the Giants are considering an unconventional approach to their coaching vacancy. At 2-10, New York might explore options that most franchises would never pursue, including potentially trading for a sitting head coach from another organization. “The Giants could look to make a trade for a head coach this offseason, per Pro Football Talk. Florio also says the Giants keeping Mike Kafka as head coach can’t be ruled out,” JPA shared on X. Details Emerge About Cowboys’ Potential Plans For George Pickens

Image
(Photo by Dustin Bradford/Getty Images)   The Dallas Cowboys made a big gamble this offseason. In a somewhat shocking turn of events, they acquired George Pickens from the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pickens has all the talent in the world and showed some flashes during his days under Mike Tomlin’s tutelage. However, there were some major red flags about his character and maturity – or lack thereof. Those issues have popped up again every now and then in Arlington, but he’s been worth the trouble. That’s why everybody on the team wants him there for the long run. With that in mind, NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport revealed the most likely scenarios for him and the Cowboys. And while he can be there for a while, he might also be a trade chip: “If Pickens is not the top receiver in free agency next offseason, then he’s at least in the conversation for that title. While the best option for Pickens would be to hit unfettered free agency, the more likely option, sources say, is the ...

Chris Canty Believes Eagles Have A Big Question About Jalen Hurts

Image
(Photo by David Eulitt/Getty Images)   The Philadelphia Eagles sit atop the NFC East, yet their path has been anything but straightforward. Much of the scrutiny has centered on quarterback Jalen Hurts , who faces criticism from various angles, including some within the organization. Despite the pressure, Hurts maintains composure and appears unfazed by external noise. Former defensive end Chris Canty believes the Eagles’ concerns about Hurts go beyond surface-level frustration. He suggested the franchise itself harbors doubts about its signal-caller’s standing within the system. “Jalen Hurts is a top-five quarterback, in my eyes. I don’t know if the Philadelphia Eagles view him that way,” Canty said on the Unsportmanlike Radio. . @ChrisCanty99 isn't sure if the Eagles view Jalen Hurts as a top five quarterback. pic.twitter.com/kmXCFpzKXA — UNSPORTSMANLIKE Radio (@UnSportsESPN) November 21, 2025 Hurts has delivered strong individual numbers through the first part of...

Analyst Makes Big Prediction About The Texans

Image
(Photo by Thomas B. Shea/Getty Images)   The Houston Texans defeated the Buffalo Bills 23-19 on Thursday Night Football, bolstering their playoff chances heading into the second half of the season. Josh Allen orchestrated a late fourth-quarter drive for Buffalo, but Houston’s defense ultimately held firm. The victory marks their third consecutive win and sixth triumph in their last eight games, yet skepticism persists about their postseason viability. Analyst Joe Fortenbaugh remains unconvinced despite Houston’s recent momentum. During an appearance on ESPN’s Get Up, he outlined his reasoning for why he believes the Texans will miss the playoffs entirely. “Thursday night game in the 2nd half of the season. It’s the toughest spot to turn around, especially when you’re on the road. Buffalo was just in a war on Sunday with Tampa. Now, four days later, you gotta go to Houston and face this defense?” Fortenbaugh said. “Houston? Good. I don’t see him making the playoffs,” . @...

Backup Joe Flacco was limited during the session. Burrow’s injury history has prompted fresh questions about his long-term durability moving forward in his career. During a recent segment on FS1’s First Things First, analysts weighed whether Burrow has anything left to prove despite his evident talent. Analyst Chris Broussard compared his injury issues to those associated with Dallas Mavericks forward Anthony Davis , who has frequently been viewed as injury-prone. “Yes, absolutely. It’s one thing only, that he can stay healthy. Oh. He is the Anthony Davis of the NFL. Like, great player, no doubt about it. Can’t stay healthy,” Broussard said. . @Chris_Broussard calls Joe Burrow the Anthony Davis of the NFL “Great player, no doubt about it. Can’t stay healthy.” pic.twitte...
