Stats Show How Dominant Jordan Love Has Been Through 4 Weeks
For years, Green Bay Packers fans have been on the fence about Jordan Love.
The quarterback was a head-scratching first-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and his arrival marked the beginning of the end of Aaron Rodgers’ time with the franchise.
Love didn’t look good when he was given a chance in relief, and people questioned whether he would eventually be a starting-caliber NFL quarterback.
He then proved those doubters wrong, dominating in his first season as a starter in 2023.
Then, he regressed, raising questions about whether the team should commit to him for the long run.
Fast forward to today, and he may have done enough to shut down the critics for good.
As shown by OberSports, Love has been on a tear to start this season, ranking in the top 10 in several major passing categories.
Jordan Love through four weeks:
1,000 pass yards (5th in NFL)
8 TD passes (3rd in NFL)
1 INT
69.4% completion % (9th in NFL)
8.3 YPA (4th in NFL)
113.0 passer rating (T-3rd in NFL)Folks, Jordan Love is a very good quarterback

While those numbers might not necessarily pop when compared to other quarterbacks, that has more to do with the fact that he didn’t need to do much in the first two games.
Of course, he didn’t look as sharp in the Week 3 loss to the Cleveland Browns, but there should be no shame in struggling against arguably the best defense in the league.
Then, he bounced back in a big way in Week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys, with three passing touchdowns and keeping pace in a high-scoring tie.
His decision-making and reckless throws will remain a subject of debate, but more often than not, he’s proven that he’s a legitimate franchise QB.
