“There’s no one that has that shot profile. He’s what everyone wishes they have: A 6-foot-10 guy who shoots 3s, gets to the rim and gets fouled,” an anonymous Western Conference assistant coach said.

It’s unfortunate that Tatum will likely miss all of the 2025-26 season because of his injury, but the future is still very bright for him and his team.

Tatum is a versatile player, one who can use his size against others, post great shots, and get fouled, too.

He’s a true offensive threat and has been working on his game over the last few years.

This unnamed coach predicts Tatum will be the best in the league in several seasons, and Celtics fans hope he’s right.

However, there are those who think he still has room for improvement.

Some people aren’t happy about his defense, and others feel that he needs to enhance his leadership capabilities.

But the statistics and accomplishments speak for themselves, and Tatum is a champion and Olympic gold medalist at the center of one of the league’s most important teams.

He won’t be on the court for the foreseeable future, but Tatum is planning his comeback, and people are already envisioning what that will look like.

During his time away, he will be focused on healing and also returning stronger than ever before.

If he does, this prediction about him could become reality.
