Analyst Says Packers Learned Valuable Lesson With Loss To Browns
The Green Bay Packers were heavy favorites in Week 3.
After watching them handle the Detroit Lions and Washington Commanders on both sides of the ball, they were projected to make another statement against the Cleveland Browns.
Unfortunately, they had a rude awakening on the road, but analyst Ryan Wood believes the loss could be a blessing in disguise.
“The Packers will not go undefeated this season. Instead, they just learned no matter how talented they are, they still have to show up against every single opponent. A potentially valuable lesson in Week 3,” Wood wrote on X.

Of course, it shouldn’t take a loss for a team to play hard, but it happens.
It should be a wake-up call for a Packers team that has often left a lot to be desired against contending teams under head coach Matt LaFleur.
They may have overlooked the Browns, and they paid the price.
Also, people need to give credit where it’s due, and Cleveland played a great game and made the plays it needed to down the stretch.
The Browns have a playoff-caliber defense, and the rest of the league should take note.
The Packers are likely in for a much easier challenge in Week 4 against the Dallas Cowboys, which marks Micah Parsons’ return to face the team that traded him this offseason.
So, after this setback, and with that as the backdrop, the Packers should be even more prepared and motivated to take care of business.
