Former QB Sends A Warning Message About Bengals
Once again, the Cincinnati Bengals got off to a slow start to the season.
Now, they don’t control their own destiny to make the playoffs.
That doesn’t mean that they’re a bad team.
If anything, they’re peaking at the right time.
That’s why Alex Smith believes no one in the AFC wants to see them in the playoffs.
On ESPN, the former Kansas City Chiefs quarterback claimed that the Bengals’ offense has been elite all season.
"Nobody in the AFC wants the Bengals in."

It’s hard to argue with that statement, as Joe Burrow has had one of the single greatest seasons in NFL history.
He’s leading the league in multiple categories and picked apart every single defense he’s come across this season.
The Bengals have struggled to get stops all year long, even losing multiple games in which the offense scored 30+ points.
Then again, we’ve already seen what Burrow is capable of come playoff time.
He’s the only active quarterback who has beaten Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in the postseason.
We’ve also seen him repeatedly hold his own against the Baltimore Ravens and the Buffalo Bills.
The Bengals will need something close to a miracle to make the playoffs.
No one wants to see Joe Burrow on the other side of the field in a win-or-go-home scenario.
