Fans Can’t Believe Nuggets’ New G-League Jerseys

The Denver Nuggets might be one of the most talked-about teams in the NBA but on Tuesday morning, they were being talked about for all the wrong reasons.

BasketNews shared an image of the Nuggets’ G-League jerseys, via Legion Hoops, and the reviews weren’t very kind.

This uniform, a mix of green, white, and gold, was something to behold and truly unlike any other recent jersey.

Most people agreed that these jerseys made all players look like Santa’s elves.

While these are clearly Christmas-related, perhaps they leaned too heavily on the theme.

Other people were trying to think of why these jerseys were given the green light.

Certain fans assumed this was a contest of some sort and that the team wasn’t taking this seriously.

Meanwhile, there is a small number of people who enjoy these unique jerseys.

Denver’s G-League team is called the Grand Rapids Gold, so these jerseys make sense with their color scheme.

Plus, they have people talking, so that’s important too.

But the vast majority of reviews for this new look aren’t great, and most people hope the players are only wearing them for a short amount of time.

Christmas time is when people try to spread joy and get everyone in the spirit.

That was the aim with these new jerseys, but they are mostly creating jokes instead of holiday cheer.

Luckily for embarrassed Denver fans, Christmas is right around the corner, and these uniforms will be gone soon.
