Colts Made 2 Roster Moves On Wednesday
The Indianapolis Colts got back to .500 last week after beating the Tennessee Titans on the road 20-17.
Now at a record of 3-3, Indy is on the border of contention and continues to address the roster.
According to the team’s official site, the Colts just recently signed veteran running back Salvon Ahmed to the practice squad and released kicker Spencer Shrader from the practice squad.

Ahmed is the big name in this situation.
The former Miami Dolphin made his name as a role player at the beginning of his young career down in Florida for four years.
His best NFL season came in 2020 when he recorded 319 rushing yards and three touchdowns in just six games played.
The former Washington Husky has also spent time on the practice squads of the San Francisco 49ers and the Denver Broncos.
In terms of Spencer Shrader, the former Notre Dame kicker has had multiple stints on the practice squad in Indianapolis.
He was even elevated to the gameday roster back in Week 1 and made three extra points for the team.
The former undrafted free agent will look to continue his career elsewhere after not being able to find a long-term home in Indiana.
This Colts team is going to be one to watch as the trade deadline approaches with the record that they have.
If they are still hovering around .500 near Halloween, will they look to make more moves to help out the team?
Regardless, roster and practice squad moves here and there are always routine in the NFL.
