The USC Trojans had a disappointing year in 2023-24, going 15-18 and finishing ninth in the Pac-12.

They will now be undergoing a lot of roster turnover, as according to recent reports, Bronny James isn’t the only freshman guard who is on his way out of Pasadena.

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that USC freshman point guard Isaiah Collier will enter the 2024 NBA Draft and will be represented by agent BJ Armstrong of Wasserman.

Collier is ranked as the No. 10 prospect in ESPN’s list of top 100 prospects and averaged 16.3 points and 4.3 assists per game as a freshman.

He also shot an impressive 49 percent from the field but struggled from 3-point range at 33.8 percent, and from the free-throw line at 67.3 percent.

Collier also had issues with turnovers, giving it away 3.3 times per game.

He also missed a month with a fractured hand during the middle of the season.

In a draft lacking in star power, Collier has it due to his combination of size, strength, and finishing ability.

If he can put it all together and improve his shot and his playmaking ability, he could be one of, if not the best player to come out of this lackluster draft class.

USC will be losing nearly its entire backcourt with Collier going pro, Bronny James either transferring or going pro, leading scorer Boogie Ellis graduating, and junior guard and third-leading scorer Kobe Johnson transferring to rival UCLA.
